Crashes and wont allow purchase

The first 4 times I open this game, it immediately crashes then it opens fine. When I try to purchase full games it freezes saying waiting to connect. I have purchased several of their games so I know its not my phone or account. Game play is okay for the free part I was able to try, but why did they not use the whole screen? It seems they used their beginner employees to make this games since the other Puppetshow games are on a higher level.
