Too many problems

The game constantly kicks me out upon start of play. I paid for the app so I should be able to play even after the advice of Apple support. Still no resolution. I love the series, really had me using my strategic abilities but this last game was very lame with the story line and the last 3 games took me a couple of days to concur. Im not a happy customer.
